G2A1successfully delivered a 2.6 Kg baby at 35 completed weeks by caesarean section. Her pregnancy was complicated by severe diabetes, hypothyroidism with elevated thyroid antibodies with anaemia. She went into preterm labour at 26 weeks, where an emergency cervical stitchwas put. She had intermittent leaking from 33rd week onwards, which was managed successfully. She underwent an emergency caesarean section, when her liquor was reduced to mere 5cm at 35 weeks.
